Deposits, balance and cancellations

  • Free cancellation with a full refund within 48 hours of booking, as long as travel is more than 14 days away.
  • After 48 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable, because we pay hotels and transport suppliers to hold your rooms.
  • The balance is due 30 days before departure. Until then your booking is secured and your price is locked.
  • Cancel 30 days or more before departure and anything paid above the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Cancel 15-29 days before departure and 50% of the trip price is refunded; inside 14 days the trip is non-refundable.
  • Some resorts, safari lodges and peak-season rates carry stricter supplier terms. If yours does, we tell you in writing before you pay.
